Stay after class to catch up with friends and enjoy light refreshments.
Katie's class will offer fundamental postures and breath work that reinforces the principles of foundation, alignment, and focus, as well as gentle sequences designed to inspire strength and encourage progress in your personal practice.
No previous experience necessary. All levels are welcome!
