Leadership...it is the hot buzzword in the realm of personal and professional development. But what does it mean? You know that many people are leaders and do not hold any positions or titles. You can tell when you meet them that there is something different about this person. Kevin Cashman in his book Leadership from the Inside Out calls it “the essence of leadership.”  According to Cashman leadership is “an authentic self-expression that creates value.” That means we all are capable of being leaders in our own unique way. In this engaging presentation, Mary will lead participants through a series of exercises designed to have each person discover their authentic leadership voice!
